Evony: The King's Return is inseparable from the efforts of the team behind it. The team's Vice President, Benjamin Gifford, is primarily responsible for organizational culture building, team management, marketing, and corporate compliance. In the company's growth, he plays a crucial supporting role alongside CEO David Guo.

MVP & Quick Iterations

Benjamin believes that in the fast-changing and highly competitive gaming market, their team should focus primarily on rapidly identifying and capitalizing on game industry and technology trends, and quickly iterating to refine offerings based on real-world feedback. It's not about spending excessive time on perfection, as studios that do so tend to be overtaken by more agile developers. The goal is to get a great product or update out as quickly as possible, gather and listen to feedback, then polish and iterate. This approach allows for quick pivots if things aren’t working, and a chance to aim for a moonshot if things are going well.

Our Cross-genre Strategy

Our team’s strategy for future competition is to develop a variety of interesting, high-quality games that appeal to a broader range of users. We are not limited to complex strategy games like Evony: The King's Return. We also create casual games for players who enjoy easy entertainment. For example, we recently launched Aquarium Crush. This game features an aquarium theme with cute cartoon characters. It includes multiple gameplay elements, such as puzzles and social features. With a rating of over 4.7 in the app store, it has attracted many players. Additionally, we have released several other games, including titles based on zombies, the mafia, tribes, and magic lamps. Our goal is to make our games more appealing to a wider audience. By catering to diverse user groups, we aim to promote the long-term growth and development of the company.
