Princess Kaguya in Evony: 2024 Update on How to Obtain and Use Her

Many Evony players are keen on General Princess Kaguya. She excels at leading ranged troops. This general cannot be recruited from the Tavern and does not have covenant buffs.

When Princess Kaguya was first released, players needed to participate in "The Tale of Princess Kaguya" event to obtain her. This event is no longer available. However, new methods to acquire Princess Kaguya have been added to the game. Let’s take a look at her updates in 2024 and how to obtain her.

Special Skill: Princess From the Moon

Princess Kaguya’s special skill boosts ranged troops' attack by 35% and increases their HP, as well as siege machines' HP, by 30% when leading an army.

• 1☆: Marching ranged troops and siege machines' defense +15%, HP +10%

• 2☆: Enemy in-city troop wounded-into-death rate +10%

• 3☆: March size capacity +14%

• 4☆: Ranged troop attack +10%; HP of ranged troops and siege machines +20%

• 5☆: Ranged troop attack +15%; defense of ranged troops and siege machines +20%

Specialties (Max Level Effect):

1. Ranged Troop Formation - Ranged troop attack and defense +10%

2. Siege - March size capacity +6%; siege and ranged troop attack +10%

3. War God - All troops attack +6%

4. The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter - Ranged troop attack +30%, defense and HP +15%

How to Obtain Princess Kaguya

General Portrait Exhibition

During the General Portrait Exhibition event, you can redeem general tokens and exclusive tokens for specific generals.
To acquire Princess Kaguya, follow these steps:

1. The 2nd item - Laurel Wreath Historic General
   Use 600 general invitations to redeem once. Total redemption chances: 99.

2. The 6th item - General Hall II Historic General
   Use 500 invitations to redeem once. Can also be exchanged 99 times.

Princess Kaguya is in the General Hall II pool. To find it:

• Go to Art Hall → General Hall → General Hall II → North Ocean War Song.

General Hall II - North Ocean War Song

This collection includes 4 generals: Nordic Barbarian King, Princess Kaguya, Ludwig, and Alessandra.
After collecting all 4, you can receive the following rewards:

• Excellent Dragon Coin *5

• Dragon Crystal *20

• Dragon Source Fragment *20

There are two Fames in Evony linked to "The Tale of Princess Kaguya" event:

1. Fame - Princess Kaguya
   Obtain Princess Kaguya to complete this fame quest and earn rewards (12 x 60-minute speed-ups).

2. Fame - Golden Sparrow
   Obtain the Golden Sparrow avatar frame to complete this fame quest and earn rewards (18 x 60-minute speed-ups).

Originally, the Golden Sparrow frame was available through Moon Treasures during "The Tale of Princess Kaguya" event. It seems there is currently no way to obtain it. It’s unclear if Evony will reopen access to these limited avatar frames in future events.
